Technical Rubber Compounds
If rubber powder and granulates are mixed with a binder material they become very well suited for the production of solid rubber products.
Everyday examples from the rubber industry are rubber mats, traffic cones, solid wheels on waste containers and shopping trolleys.
Many of these products can be made from 100% recycled rubber powder with binding material added.
Buildings
Rubber powder can be used in special concrete compounds. A concrete wall which is enforced with rubber powder will last longer and the increased elasticity provided by the rubber, leads to less cracks, compared to a conventional concrete wall.
Noise insulation
Rubber granulate has excellent noise reduction properties and can be used in buildings as well as outdoor solutions.
Flooring
The shock absorbing characteristics of rubber makes it perfect for flooring, especially in areas where people have to work in upright positions.
